During the critical phases of an innovation project or a business development effort, I design strategic artefacts — visual, narrative or interactive formats created to clarify a direction, make a complex subject legible, and support decision-making.
Unlike conventional media production with a marketing purpose, a strategic artefact is not designed simply to be seen. It is designed to drive decisions.
A board, an investor or an industrial partner does not decide on the basis of raw data or technical specifications. They decide on what they are able to picture clearly.
Designing that representation belongs neither to pure advisory nor to pure creation. It is a practice at the intersection of the two: thinking through the decision, then giving it form.
In some contexts, the right format is not meant to provide more information. It is meant to make a subject decidable.
When a project is complex, technical, still invisible or difficult to articulate, a synthesis film, a visual prototype, an interactive experience or a well-crafted persuasion asset can create more alignment than a long linear presentation.
The format changes with the situation. The objective does not: to make a vision clear, tangible and convincing.
Making visible what does not yet exist.
They come into play when a product, use case or direction needs to be explored, projected or made perceptible before it has reached technical or industrial completion.

Before the CAD, before the prototype: the thought-out form. AI-assisted explorations, high-fidelity digital sketching, photorealistic staging. To see before you make — and to decide before you invest. A serious alternative to expensive iterations in the workshop.
Concept Design · Generative AI Visualization · Formal Direction & Mood · Product Staging

Mechanisms, industrial processes, internal structures — rendered with the rigor of an engineer and the eye of an artistic director. Houdini FX, VFX, Karma/USD rendering. Technical complexity, made legible and desirable.
Technical explainers · Mechanism animation · Process visualization · Educational or regulatory sequences

From the medical dashboard to the robotic interface: design what the user touches, sees, understands — before developers write a line of code. Information architecture, interaction logic, high fidelity prototype. Where product strategy becomes tangible.
UX web & app · Industrial HMI · Information architecture · Rive interactive prototype

AI agents trained on your brand universe and your proprietary data. The territory where technology ceases to be a tool to become a memorable experience. Designed for audiences who no longer read brochures.
Custom AI agent
Structuring the story. Making it legible.
They come into play when a project, company or offer needs to be expressed with greater clarity, coherence and persuasive force.

90 seconds that replace 90 slides. Designed to align a management, convince an investor, launch a product — with the density of an argument and the precision of a controlled image. Not a corporate video. An object of decision.
Pitch movie · Brand manifesto · Technical promotion

The story that no one else can tell for you. Formatting, staging, showcasing—for media, strategic partners, and moments that matter. A story built to last, not to perform just one scroll.
Founder story · Long editorial format · Interviews · Animated biography

From letterpress to the point of sale. From the pixel to the material. A coherent system that lasts over time and space — not a chart that you put in a drawer after launch. Including physical points of presence: scenography, signage, environment.
Brand identity · Video and motion charter · Interior design & signage

A site is not a brochure. It's an argument that works in your absence. With the LLMs integrated natively, he can respond, qualify, convince — 24 hours a day. Designed at the interface of design, strategy, and editorial engineering.

I am used to working with both internal teams and external partners.
I take on only a limited number of projects at a time and become genuinely involved when the context is serious and the level of standards is shared.
Am I the right person for your current situation?
For me, thinking cannot be separated from doing.
Alongside my advisory engagements, I maintain an active production practice. My work in 3D and photography is presented on the two dedicated portfolio websites below:
